A high-pressure pump forces a mixture of ink and solvent through a very fine nozzle, ensuring a uniform stream and excellent marking quality.
High-Frequency Droplet Formation
A high-speed piezoelectric mechanism breaks the ink stream into uniform droplets, generating up to 100,000 droplets per second, which enables extremely precise printing.
Electrostatic Inspection of the Print
Each drop of ink is electrically charged and deflected by an electrostatic field, which allows for the precise application of markings, character by character, on cables and wire harnesses.
Ink Recovery and Reuse
Unused ink droplets are captured and recirculated, which reduces waste and improves the efficiency of the marking process.
