Automatic wire feeding
The Rama 1000 machine automatically unwinds cables from a reel and feeds them to the cutting machines, maintaining constant tension and ensuring the smooth operation of the entire system.
Precision Thanks to the Pneumatic Arm
The storage arm used eliminates the risk of cable elongation, ensuring the accuracy of the cut cable lengths and the repeatability of the processes.
Safe Operator Use
The cable-end detection system automatically stops the process when the end of the cable is reached, and the anti-reverse mechanism keeps the cable in a stable position.
Support for large drums and easy integration
The 1000 Frame can unwind rolls with a diameter of up to 1,000 mm and a weight of up to 600 kg, and can be easily integrated into cutting lines, such as the Speedy 40 and RS 40.
