Features
Automatic Coiling and Tying of Cable Rings
The system uses a gripper and a cross axis to move the coiled ring to the tying position, where it is secured with an elastic rubber cord and automatically ejected from the machine.
Adjustable winding diameter
The ring diameter can be precisely set via the LCD display, with a maximum outer dimension of 390 mm, providing flexibility for various types of cables.
Two operating modes
The KRI 450 CBP offers a fully automatic mode with a feeding module and a tying system, as well as a simple winding mode with manual unloading, tailored to the weight and dimensions of the coil.
Integration with wire processing systems
Thanks to its predefined interface, the machine can be directly integrated with automatic wire processing equipment, serving as the final component of the production line.
