The machine can wind cables with a diameter of up to 35 mm and form coils weighing up to 80 kg (up to 20 kg in the CBP version), making it suitable for a wide range of applications in cable harness production.
Adjustable winding diameter
The diameter of the cable ring can be adjusted individually using the LCD display, allowing the process parameters to be tailored to the specific characteristics of a given cable.
Integration with wire processing machines
Designed for use on production lines, the KRI 850 C features a dedicated interface for integration with Ramatech and Metzner machines, which enhances the efficiency of the harness production process.
Optional bundling and automatic coil retrieval
The CB and CBP models allow for manual or automatic bundling of rolls using elastic cord, as well as their automatic removal via an AGV system.
