Automatic Cable Winding and Tying
The machine automatically winds the cables onto mandrels, moves the resulting rings to the tying station, and secures them with elastic rubber cord, which significantly reduces the time required for manual handling.
Ring Diameter Adjustment
The coil diameter can be precisely adjusted using the LCD display, allowing you to easily adapt the settings to the type and diameter of the wires being processed.
Automatic and Manual Modes
The KRI 850 CBP can operate in fully automatic mode with a binding unit and a handling system, or in a simple coiling mode with manual ring retrieval.
Integration with cable processing machines
Thanks to its built-in communication interface, the machine can interface with Ramatech and Metzner devices, allowing operating modes to be saved in the processing machine's terminal.
