Features

Measurement of High Tensile Forces

The device allows for testing connections at forces of up to 2,000 or 5,000 N as standard, and optionally up to 10,000 N, enabling quality control for a wider range of cable and connector types.

Testing of Crimped and Ultrasonic Welded Joints

The PullTester 27 tests the strength of both crimped connections on terminals and ultrasonic-welded connectors, supporting a variety of wire assembly processes.

Table-top design

The compact benchtop design makes it easy to integrate the tester into inspection stations and quality control laboratories without the need to build a separate installation.

Measurement range

The standard measurement ranges are 2,000 and 5,000 N, with optional ranges of 5,000 and 10,000 N, which allow for the measurement of breaking force across a wide range of applications in wire harness manufacturing.
